Picture

If you are looking for the best analytical tools on the market but are afraid the cost may be prohibitive, please consider our refurbished tools that still carry the Micromanipulator name but are more affordable.  These products may be from our active product upgrade and trade-in program, or products we have used for demonstration purposes.  Regardless they offer significant savings over the cost of brand new models as well as the assurance of factory warranties, and support and performance guarantees.

One current probe station on our website is the Model 6200 series, which is Micromanipulator’s most widely used probe station by any manufacturer.  The compact, reliable prober is compatible with our line of quality accessories including probe positioners, thermal chucks, probe holders and tips, and offers an excellent, economical foundation on which to build a complete probing system.  Features include a permanently planarized stage & vacuum chuck; coarse & fine stage translation controls X & Y; and fine and fast lift platen controls in Z.  The refurbished 6200 also offers an independent microscope lift and compound microscope.  In fact you will find this is an excellent example of the stability, precision and ease of use Micromanipulator has built its reputations on.

Additionally we have a refurbished, exclusive H1000 Hot Chuck available that is suitable for all Micromanipulator probe stations.  For -65° to 400°C temperature ranges, and up to 300mm versions, our H100 thermal chuck has a high planarity, low expansion design.  With configurations ranging from coaxial to triaxial, high power, probe station or stand alone, the host programmable H1000 is a proven platform.

The Micromanipulator Company constantly acquires demo and refurbished equipment that can save you thousands on probe systems.  However while we try to add current tools to the website; the best way to find out about all available options is to contact us with specifics about your testing needs.  From there we will try to find just what you need.  Our team looks forward to hearing from you.
